01Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the website, the brand, and the Event, including but not limited to the name “The Catalyst Collective,” its logos, wordmarks, branding guidelines, visual identity, trade dress, website layout, copy, designs, graphics, software code, and all associated materials (collectively, “Event IP”) are the sole and exclusive property of the Organizer, protected under copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws of India and international treaties.

Nothing contained on this website or in any communication regarding the Event shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license, right, or authorization to use any Event IP. Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, display, or creation of derivative works of the Event IP is strictly prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law, including seeking injunctive relief, statutory damages, and criminal remedies.

02Curation, Request Process, & Right of Admission

The Catalyst Collective is a curated, invitation-only event. Submission of an invitation request form on this website constitutes a request for consideration and does not guarantee admission, registration, or a seat at the Event.

The Organizer retains absolute, final, and non-appealable discretion regarding the curation process. We are under no legal or ethical obligation to approve any application or to provide reasons for rejection, deferral, or cancellation of any invitation. Invitations are issued strictly on a personal basis, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, traded, bartered, or reassigned. Any attempt to transfer or resell an invitation will result in its immediate voiding without liability to the Organizer.

03Confidentiality & The Chatham House Rule

To protect the privacy of all attendees and facilitate open, candid discussions, the Event is governed strictly by the Chatham House Rule. Guests are free to use the information received during the Event, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Audio recording, video recording, live-streaming, and professional photography of the Event, its attendees, or its proceedings by guests are strictly prohibited. Personal photography using smartphones is permitted only in designated areas and must not capture other guests or their conversations without their express prior consent. Sharing sensitive business disclosures, quotes, or statements on social media, blogs, or press outlets is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate expulsion and legal action for breach of confidentiality.

04Venue Guidelines, Dress Code, & Code of Conduct

Guests must abide by all security requirements, guidelines, and rules established by the venue operators at DLF Camellias, Gurgaon, as well as those set by the Organizer.

The dress code for the Event is Gala Attire. The Organizer and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who is not dressed in accordance with this standard. Guests are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny admission to, or eject from the Event, any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly, inappropriate, or prejudicial to the spirit of the Gathering.

05Limitation of Liability & Release

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer, its founders, officers, directors, employees, sponsors, partners, agents, and the venue operators (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or personal property, arising out of or in connection with the Event or your attendance.

Attendance at the Event is entirely voluntary. Guests assume all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with attendance, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the Event, and release the Released Parties from any and all claims of liability.

06Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or resulting from your breach of these Terms, your negligence or willful misconduct during the Event, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

07Force Majeure & Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to make modifications to the scheduling, timing, venue, guest list, layout, programming, and agenda of the Event.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, relocation, or abandonment of the Event due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government directives, weather, fires, war, strikes, epidemic, pandemic, power failure, or cancellation of the venue by third parties (each a “Force Majeure Event”). In such circumstances, the Organizer shall have no liability or obligation to pay compensation to any invitee.

08Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, your application, and your participation in the Event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal claim, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Event, or the use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and you hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
